Customer Reviews
This was a decent peaceful mobile home park. Always had beautiful flowers at the entrance and had yearly yard sales etc. Community of residents are amazing. Lived here for 5 years. Once Josh became property Mgr everything changed. At first when my husband moved out, josh was eager to please. Helpful to a fault. Always flirting too, unfortunately. Always hitting on me telling me how beautiful amazing gorgeous sexy and strong I am and more. We even worked out a deal where i cleaned the disgusting bug infested and feces covered vacant trailer next to me for 2 months during the summer time with no air (In which at one point I became very ill and Josh kept wanting to bring me soup or ice cream and said he was gonna pick me up and take me to the hospital!) in exchange for him to get me a new ac unit and new skirting around my home. I did the work and never received my ac unit or new skirting. Reminded him several times of our agreement, but as soon as it came time for me to tell him "hey you guys are done with court with my ex, now I need to sign a new lease and i still need that ac unit and skirting agreed on", he changed. He said the ac unit was not promised that it was a gift (that i didnt receive)! 2 months I asked to fill out new lease. He made excuses. He then allowed me to fill out a new application (which I didn't quite understand as I had lived there for 5 years!) And I paid the fee. They denied me. He then plotted with my ex husband and ended up getting me and my 2 toddlers evicted in october. The friends of his that moved my belongings out used MY dolly to move things out, they broke my refrigerator shelves and drawers, my sons dresser, my dryer, my cats cat tree, my tv stand, and threw all the food away that I had in my fridge before moving it out, (when I complained about them not being careful they started an argument and laughed). When i asked where my bunk bed bolts were, they said somewhere in a bag. My teenager and a coworker and I all looked through EVERY bag and never found them. He told people the stuff outside was free and I had my deep freezer full of food stolen as well as my sons clothes among other items. I looked inside the windows and he did not bring my stove out and left curtains and cords etc inside and would not let me have these items. He then told any prospective buyers of my mobile home that they couldn't purchase it or move it until my ex husband's debt was paid off even after showing him and his attorney that our divorce was court ordered for each of us to pay our own debts in our own name. No shared debts. And he told my ex husband to file for a lost title knowing it was in my name and told him he did not need to pay his debt. That he was going to make me do it. I lost out on 2 sales and the third ended up paying my ex husband's debt to them (over $5000 even though his court order was for over $3000) and I profited nothing from the sale of my mobile home. Josh is a liar and a con artist who gets drunk and high every night while also living on arapaho. He is unkempt and dirty most of the time. Unprofessional. Do not trust the new management. It's why the place has so many vacant homes. I have proof of all mentioned above. Crooked crooked place. Additionally I had also been trying to call and text arapahos attorney with no answer/reply. And I requested the owners information (email phone number anything) over and over and was denied this information.
I've lived here a year and a half and every time it rains I get a foot of water at my deck and front step, I'm left wading water to go to my car every time. They try a couple of times to irrigate and just quit. This place is an absolute joke.
Josh is phenomenal and a complete joy to talk to. He was super understanding and compassionate when talking to him. He is also very upfront, honest, and helpful. Got us into a home super quickly and helped us every step of the way. We really could not be happier to be a new addition to the community.
I reached out via Zillow! Josh gave me a call we sat up a viewing. Me, my husband, and our son went out and was very impressed. Josh told me he would get back with me when his manger reached out to him. I didn’t hear from him so I reached out to him, I had high hopes for me and my family and began to get stressed. He told me not to stress he would be looking into it. I recieved a text stating that he would be out of town the very next day up until Tuesday, I said no problem just when you can could you let me know what we’re looking at to move in. I knew he would be out of town so I waited until the day of his return to reach out. No response! Eventually I stopped reaching out and came to the conclusion that they didn’t wanna rent to us! Glad it had worked out for everyone else!
Called Josh about purchasing a home. He picked right up and met me at the property. He answered all my questions honestly and provided me with valuable information. All around great experience.
