Bought a house that they said they had the roof fixed… it wasn’t and they won’t get rid of the dead trees that keep falling on my roof and I need to replace my roof so instead I have tarps on it. They harass me about having friends over. And they never fixed the AC unit because I know the previous owners and they said they had the same problems with it. Everyone I talk to has problems with the maintenance and the office. They also harassed me about having chairs in my yard and things on my back porch. Don’t move here. They also put stickers to have your car towed for no good reason out of your driveway and it’s so nice they put it on your drivers side so it’s hard to get off. The office harassment is awful no one likes them. Need new managers bad. Would give a zero star review but that’s not an option. I’m stuck here for another 1and a half years because I bought so don’t live here please for your own sake!

I stopped in to grab 1 thing from my sister's house and she came out yelling at me to move my vehicle because it was blocking her company's vehicle that nobody was near or in and wasn't running. I was parked there for not even a full minute but somehow that was a huge inconvenience for her.

They don't, contact a lawyer. Check with bb they have bad rep. Yes close to stores. So many other parks with less hassle. They can be very pushy try to force you out and illegally want rights to your families possessions. Watched this happen to a few.

The speed bumps are treacherous. Management can also be very picky about the appearance of your yard, meanwhile not addressing issues in vacant areas.

My yard still has standing water and I received a yellow on my door saying that the grass has to be cut by Saturday.So I received the Yellow paper on my door yesterday stating that we have until the 22nd to cut the grass. Now today Taylor decided to call and harass my family about a MATTER that they gave us until the 22nd to complete. I really hate living out here
