I have been renting a lot in the park where I have my 37’ motor home. Everyone that works at the park from the office personnel to the maintenance and grounds crew are very nice and always helpful. I especially love the location being close to I-64, restaurants and shopping. I have been a tenant for 3 1/2 years and I am extremely satisfied with the park in all aspects. Management group is rude and double charges for things. Trailer Parks are run down and not taken care of. Just the properties the management are responsible for. Also I think they are trying to evict everyone because they want to sell all the properties they have or want to use them for something else.
Called to stay at this place overnight with my camper. Thought it’s be full hook-up service. I assumed wrong. There was no water, no sewer (not big deal), and electric wasn’t compatible with our electric cord. We have a newer camper with 30 amp service. Not a huge deal, we will find another place to stay, closest is about an hour away (East). Just wish we would have asked clarifying questions or the person on the phone would have offered that information when I asked about parking our camper for the night. Overall, park looks nice. Nice manicured lawns and some landscaping. Park was quiet for that time of the evening. I rated this because I didn’t want someone else with camper to make same mistake. Ask clarifying questions first. This just wasn’t what we were looking for.
Owned by a predatory hedge fund, abusive staff (that's if you can even reach anyone that's staff!) Worst landlord you'll ever want to have. Please protect yourself from them and DO NOT rent or lease here.
Terrible place to stay. A slum lord owns the place. Nature is not kept clean, constant fights and druggies over run the place Soo expensive for the crappy homes.
