I've been living in Armel Acres for over 10 years. So, as I see it, that tells it all. Trust me, I was a trucker for over 35 yrs. I could have lived anywhere, but I love Le Mars, and in all my years living in different places, Armel acres are extremely clean and well kept up. Now for the price. The way I analyze the people posting ill comments on the price of the lot rent ($200.00), they really need to get a life or find better ways to spend their time. THANK YOU 😊 🙏 ARMEL ACRES

If management likes you you’ll have no problems. If they don’t then they’ll lie just to screw u over! Then make up rumors spreading lies about why all over town!! There dealt with legally? That’s funny! U took my two trailers illegally! U filed for abandoned property on them when u legally couldn’t! There’s only two ways to do abandoned property by rent not paid or after lease has been terminated! With lease still active & rent up to date u illegally filed abandoned property! I had them sold awhile before that! But when manager terry durr lied to buyers stating “there had been a meth lab in the trailer”. They backed out of buying them right after that! But NEVER was a meth lab EVER in my trailers! funny thing is that terry’s daughter brandy & her husband were selling meth from their trailer just 1/2 a block from terry’s!! It’s also funny how terry & brandy don’t follow court rules that everyone else has to follow! Like how terry mows the empty lots but with no side discharge shield mower is throwing rocks that damaged my cars & trailers! Terry’s also went under my trailer and turned the water off with no prior notification he needed under my trailer & remove skirting to do! When I got the notice i couldn’t get my stuff out in the 3 days. They threw it all to the curb, actually threw it breaking & ruining over half of it!! I’m ur worst nightmare!! Jeffrey sands

I have personally known this community over the last few years and it is run very well. They are always on top of anything that needs to be done making sure the homeowners have a nice place to live.

It's the only cheap living in town pretty clean for a trailer park no graffiti and overall the kids seem like they have fun around there.
