Yes I have experienced the most horrible I am 55 years old and I came to see about getting a trailer here and the man came out started screaming at me for no reason also I was looking at the property and all the trash and all the things laying out and I saw a live rat running under a trailer it's really not for anybody look for yourself if this is such a nice community why do they leave it so trashy and everything and have a man talk to people like their dogs you know I never got a question who I was all I was told was trespassing this has to be stopped people to be so rude and cruel to people and I'm going to tell everyone about this trailer park how wrong it's ran

Speed bumps are gone, repaved looks good, lawns need mowing, as for management is worthless and useless you can't call corporate number to complain because the call reverts back to the park managers phone, she had that done so you can't call and complain about her to corporate. They have 4 brand new trailers 1 has been sold 3 are unsold they have been in there for over a year, seems though the only thing she cares about is her paycheck pathetic....
