This is a nice quiet place to live the reason for only 1* is because I know the management really has no heart and NOBODY FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER CANNOT STAY NOR LIVE HERE OVER 50 I BELIEVE IT IS I have a good friend whom got custody of her 3 year old grand daughter and got thrown out due to that. The baby's momma passed away and now they have no place to live....

Very quiet older park. Older stock of single wides. A place to just live, limited activities. No frills environment.

Was only there for a short period to gather something. Very quiet neighborhood.. the people that were outside waved and smiled. Good little area.
