The park is new so no amenities there, not even picnic tables. My biggest beef? 150.00 NONREFUNABLE DEPOSIT????? Really? What a total ripoff! Will absolutely NEVER stay here. We have no problem paying a deposit to hold a site but this site had no amenities and most deposits are refunded unless there's damage or we don't show up. Make the weekly rate 450.00 instead of 300.00.

For an RV Park near Tesla, Austin and Bastrop; this is the spot! Their screening helps keep the park stay quiet and peaceful. Lots of Space between each pad. The landscaping and laundry are still under construction, but they say it will be done by end of summer. Great manager and owners!

Nice quiet place, Close to many popular shopping spots. Park Manager and his wife are top notch people. This is a no thrills RV park, not so much as a vending machine but the price reflects it. Very affordable.
