The owner Jay is a very sweet man. I lived there for going on 3 years never had any issues. I was sad to move but needed a bigger spot for work truck and tools for my husband’s growing tile and construction business.
Nice location very near my daughter's home so convenient for the visit to Lavon. Easy in/out, full hookups for quick visit. Will stay here for every trip to see family.
This is a very convenient place to park your RV for reasonable amount of money. It's close to Farmersville, Princeton, and Wylie, it is quiet and secure. The owner "Jay" is great to deal with and I'll be using this place whenever I'm in the area.
The landlord is very nice and acts like he cares about you and the place is very home and glad that me and my wife moved here
