We still love our location as you can go anywhere in Lakeland within 15 minutes. If you are looking for high-end this is not the place, it is just semi-comfortable living for seniors who do not require all the bells and whistles if you can live with the other problems. Close to major shopping and just 40 minutes either way to Tampa or Orlando, we are centrally located. There is no pool or extra amenities and the homes are all older but with some love they can be made nice to suit yourself if you have the time and funds to do so.

This is a nice, quiet, average 55+ trailer park. They have a small community center for bingo, a shuffle board, and a laundry mat, but no pool. A nice place to live. 5 stars.

My dad has lived here for years. Former owners at least seemed to care. New ownership is constantly changing management and if you notice the people reviewing with great reviews, their pictures are of younger people. Please remember this is a 55 and older park registered with the state. (So they say) These reviewers DO NOT LIVE IN THIS PARK! If they do they are not abiding by the rules. We find this to be common and the management does nothing. She puts something in a letter sometimes but management let's the younger ones live in here. How is it the clubhouse is talked about but not open? The water issues are horrible, you get notified by a note left on your door and rent continues to go up. I sometimes wonder why Bedrock Management can't be reached. I'm not talking about on property I'm talking corporate. Residents have tried, no results. All the owners who cared about the bingo and shuffleboard have moved to other parks and this is a shell of what it was at one time This is sad to say but sometimes I think the city needs to be involved about the water

I've lived here for 4 years. The park is quiet and safe. But some of the streets flood badly during any type of rain. There are constant water main breaks constantly. There are no amenities other than laundry, shuffle board, clubhouse. The lot rent has consistently gone up every year, it's now $536.18. Not worth the cost.

Well it used to be an ok place to live but they keep raising the lot rent. I have known people who have lived there for 9 years and the lot rent has more than doubled with no real benefits. The water goes off all the time and the park does NOT even provide any water to the residents to hold them over. They have to go buy their own. This is a common problem. There is no pool. They have with the new owners repaved the roads. But again for that kind of money I would look elsewhere.
