Bellecrest Mobile Home Village primarily offers its value through its various housing options and pricing structures rather than short-term promotional deals. The most significant ongoing "offer" is its "Lease with a Right to Purchase Program," which is detailed on their website. This program allows individuals to rent a manufactured home with the option to buy it at a predetermined price within a specified timeframe (typically three to five years). This is a substantial benefit for those looking to transition into homeownership without the immediate commitment of a full purchase.
Specific listings on their website also show homes available for purchase, sometimes with attractive financing options or competitive pricing, such as "As Low As $484/Mo. Including Site Rent*" for certain available homes. While not a temporary "sale," these represent ongoing opportunities for affordable home acquisition within the community.
As with any housing community, pricing for lot rent and home purchases can change, and any potential short-term incentives or move-in specials would typically be communicated directly by the management. Prospective residents are highly encouraged to contact Bellecrest Mobile Home Village directly using the provided contact information to inquire about the most current availability, pricing, lease-to-own terms, and any other specific offers they might have at the time of inquiry. This direct communication is crucial for understanding the full scope of their offerings and financial arrangements.

Customer Reviews
I have been at Bellecrest Mobile Home Park since January of 2021 as a lease to own tenant and finalized my purchase of the trailer on July 2021. At that time, we had Robert as the manager and oversaw the everyday run of the park. I have to admit that I am glad to see that higher management saw and finally realized that he wasn't a good fit for the park. I saw alot of things being neglected and overlooked and now as of February 2025, I am slowly seeing improvements of the park. I have to also say their is always room for improvement and room for growth. I truly don't understand the 6 month rent hike and even adding a $15.00 trash fee knowing free and clear that the dumpsters we have don't amount to that much a month. As a tenant of land lot, I am responsible for lawn care and all upkeep of my own trailer. As a recipient of SSDI, I can not afford $70 a month to hire lawn service during the summer months. I have lived in the same spot since January 2021, and in the last two years my health has declined making it very difficult to get in and out of my hom and in March 26, 2024 I broke my ankle and foot. The current manager has made it known to me on various occasions that she sees me struggling walking up and down the steps that goes to the front or back door. She has even mentioned she has observed my daughter loading and unloading my motorized wheelchair in and out of my home to use to get around. On the contrary, I have recieved two violations for parking on the grass even after notifying why I am parking on the grass close the the stairs so I can have access to my car to pick up my minor child from afternoon/after-school practice. She informed me that I needed to email her to the reason why I am parking at the back door on the grass. Mind you, I notice several other tenants with 3 or 4 or 5 cars and having to use the grass to park their cars or vehicles. I have noticed a trend that some tenants have to follow rules while others get away not having to have the rules enforced. I also experienced the new manager telling me after a company meeting with tenants that the uppermanagement approved for me to get a wheelchair ramp built and even after the manager telling me over the phone and even posting on Facebook for all my family and friends to see that Bellcrest Mobile home park was getting me a wheelchair ramp built. You know that was almost 5 months ago that the empty remark was made. I also tried on many occasions, tried to get updates of when the work was going to begin and their was always an excuse that followed or a delay was explained. You know on February 2025, I called for a more updated excuse to maybe when or if the ramp was going to be built and I was told that project was set aside and she was working on something else now and to my dismay...I asked why my project was being set aside and I was told that I am responsible for my own accommodations. Please try to help me make this make sense. I am in a wheelchair full-time and can't get in and out of my home. I am taking a chance of falling everything I am going up and down the steps on a broken foot and ankle.
The new manager is a JOKE! She tries to enforce rules yet does not abide by them. My brother has been in that same spot for over 20 years and these roads are in the worst shape I have ever seen! They are so bad that I have been asking the manager here now for over 5 months to fix the holes. I have a Grand Marquis on 20” rims with tires that do not even have 10000 miles on them. Yet one of my tires is gashed open due to the poor conditions on this road. I will b happy to send pics if needed of the road and my tire. So I tell the manager that I should not have to replace that tire since it was not damaged due to me or my negligence. That’s is on this horrible manager that they have put in place here. She charges what she wants to. I am not paying another increase until my tire is fixed & these roads are fixed also. She lies like crazy. She has an unprofessional relationship with the man who owns the trailer in front of her. I was said that this trailer park paid the land taxes for someone that she knows that is totally unaffiliated with Bellecrest. That would explain why she cannot fix the roads. She has very poorly tried to fill some of the holes with asphalt. The biggest hole that is causing all the damage has not even been touched. If I continue to have to replace good tires due to negligence on her part, then I will get an attorney. I have had enough of this racist manager that obviously has NO property management experience since she does not know the laws. The manager before her, Robert, did much better than this one. Please get someone that.can actually do the job here. If you cannot locate anyone better than her, let me know. I. An help with that.
Our lot fee keeps going up with no explanation. Where is the money going? I haven't seen any improvements since the new dumpsters were added. $365 is a lot when there is nothing being added to the community. No lawn care. No upgraded park for the children.
They are under new management finally, but I'm a little disappointed at the fact that you can't have a trampoline, and the park for kids is a joke, it really needs to be renovated and have more things for kids to play on. Also, the dumpsters need to be kept up, there really needs to be privacy fences around them. The park and dumpsters are the first things you see when coming into the park, they should be functional and maintained.
Nice neighborhood. Several of these old reviews on here are from the old owners, just saying.. up to date info, December 14, 2021, my lot rent has went up every year for the past 5 years, and I heard that it's gonna go up every year until it reaches $500. Plus, every lot has gotten another $15 per month for trash. On the contrary, our dumpsters look VERY trashy, with bags strewn about on the outside of the container, rather than the inside. Apparently, the Community Manager has overlooked this... as of February 2022, not much has changed..
