We've stayed at this campground for several years. We like it because it's quiet, safe, clean, families live there , and Ken is very helpful and friendly. It's also close to our favorite spot, the flee market which is a great place to find hidden gems.
This RV park is awesome, I'm parked next to a dog park with a good view. There are families here, which provides a safe atmosphere. It's only 8 minutes from the Central Texas Market Place! The owners, Ken Patcharee, went out of their way to accommodate my long term stay. It's my first time owning an RV, Ken even came by to help make sure my set up was where it needed to be. Grateful to be here.

I've been staying here for just over a year because of work and the park is very clean and quiet. The owner Ken is very nice and always willing to help if you need it. All most of the sites are paved and pretty close to level.
The owners are very friendly and welcoming. The RV park is clean and well-kept. There's a laundry facility and a dog park to play with your fur baby or take them for a walk around the park. He's constantly adding stuff to accommodate everyone. I will recommend this place to everyone. All that's needed is a pool. It's really quiet !!!!. He can also fill propane tanks!!! Which is a huge plus iykyk!!!
