I've been living here going on 5 yrs I really like living here it's quiet people are friendly to each other and they help each other out when needed. And we have a park manager Ramona Potts she's awesome she gets right on the situation at hand and tries to solve the issues quick and even though they have set hours were nog suppose to bother the park manager after hours but I have begore and it doesn't matter she came toy rescue more than once but if it's against the rules kn lease she does her job and you will get a violation but the owners of the trailer park do give you a certain amount of time to resolve the violation and it's add rent i own my home but they own the lot it's on . And what I like about most of all living there is the friendly people it's clean and quiet i would recommend living there.
Feb 24, 2025 · Valerie StevensThis is an absolutely amazing community to live in! The manager of the park goes above and beyond to help the folks that live there. I've never experienced a more knowledgeable, professional, compassionate property manager than Miss Mona! If I could rate the manager, I'd give her all the stars in the sky!!! More property managers could take a note from Mona's book!!

Jan 09, 2025 · Kyler JonesI have been living here for over 3 years now and I really do love it. The people here are amazing and my kids always have other kids ready to play outside. The manager of the park is absolutely amazing and we LOVE her. She has gone above and beyond since she became manager and she really does care about the park and her people and has made sure to show it by even throwing a block party for the park and helping make a food pantry for anyone who could possibly use it not just in the park but for EVERYONE and asked anyone and everyone to spread the word and use it no questions asked. I’m incredibly thankful for the life we have built while living here and the quiet but tight community that is here. Moving here brought us some of the people that have been our biggest blessings and we could never repay that. I can’t say enough good and I can’t give a high enough rating.
