The owners are in the process of redesigning a mobilehome park into a RV park and so far so good! They've researched campers needs and wanted comforts and are intent to bring them all to fruition in their newly aquired park. The sites that are finished have FHU, real nice picnic tables and are level, roomy, and well lighted. There's a town park nearby to take walks and there looks to be some good bicycle riding too. We left home on our first ever camping trip with a camper 8 months ago. We must have stayed in over 60 RV parks up until now, this one isn't even finished and we hope to be back.
This is a New very nice & clean RV park. I believe over 20 sites. The owners are very friendly. They are also farmers. All have newly laid crushed limestone, so no mud holes. All utilities are brand new! The tall pines and oaks shade the sites nicely during the evening sun.
Don't let the Google Maps photos deter you with the creepy mobile homes on this property -- they are all gone. The owners recently acquired the property and have been working with Google to delete them. As of now, there are dozens of level, gravel-topped RV sites with all new utilities, probably a dozen of which are ready for occupancy. The super friendly new owners are well on their way to building a top-notch RV park and said they are planning to include a restroom and shower facility. There is a lot of truck traffic on the highway that dies down in the evening, and there was a middle-of-the-night train whistle from the tracks that cut through town several blocks away but was not a bother. Although it's still being built, I'm giving BJ's five stars because it's already nicer than most of the parks we have stayed in. We look forward to staying there again.

Very friendly owners and staff. easy to contact and very responsive. This rv park has full hookups on level sites. Roomy sites with nice picnic table and nice decorative lighting. Town park is easily accessible to stretch your legs. The park is still new but nice with future plans underway. When complete, it will be an excellent rv park.
