Rebecca and Debbie in the office are incredible- kind, funny, so helpful! They're renovating the lots 1 at a time to be more level (mostly gravel). The location is great- walking distance to neighborhood Walmart and places to eat/ drink, but surrounded by trees so you still get the camping vibe. We LOVED our stay there and our neighbors! Great price as well- with electric and gas included up to a certain amount.

This place is an amazing place to stay. The manager is always around, is on the ball whenever you have any questions, and she is super nice. The maintenance guy went above and beyond to ensure the set-up went smooth as well as coming back multiple times to help make everything perfect. We have never lived in a camper before and had a lot to learn, but he has taught us so much. Great place to be!

I have lived here for 19 months, and the place is great. They ensure it stays a quiet and safe place. Most of us in campers are temporarily here for several years due to work. Since I have to be away from my home for another year and a half, this is where I feel safe. I know my neighbors. Rebeccah is always friendly, cheerful, and helpful. Chris, the maintenance guy, is the best. I have seen him do extra for others, especially the older folks to help them. He gave up one of his propane tanks to help a family during this extraordinarily freezing weather. He is always helping and checking on others. He is a blessing to me and others in this park. Thank you for having a safe, affordable place for me to have a temporary home!

( PLEASE READ) I lived here for over a year, I loved this place really nice place should be five stars why the two? First things first is the light bill is not added to the bill you pay that separately which is totally fine, they give you a $60 credit towards you’re light bill right. The first month we stayed the light bill was like $50.00 the next month $80 the next month 100.00 next month $150 the most expensive was 180.00. I’m in a camper there is no way! So I started keeping track taking pictures of my kW and advise you to do the same. They was not putting in the $60 towards the credit and my kilowatts was not matching up with the bill. Even my neighbors had the same problems. They fixed it for one month after making every Excuse. I told them that I had pictures of each month and I called the light company and found out how much the light company charged per KW. The last month that I stayed here I paid $620 rent and lights. We went ahead and paid the full months rent because we didn’t know what date we would actually be leaving and we wasn’t even there a week of the month that we paid and didn’t get anything back. We told them that we was moving as well, I was there maybe a week of that month and I asked for my refund I even paid $20 extra. They do not give refunds even if you pay a full months rent, so if you plan on leaving make sure you pay weekly or daily because they will not give you you’re money back. They did offer to give me the $20 back but what’s $20 to $500? I got screwed on my lights every month and I got screwed almost $500. I was never late on my bills are always paid on time when the first hit they got their money every single time all of it. Other than you getting screwed out of your money I love the place I love the campground but they need to fix that because somebody is screwing the people of the campground.
