My sister lives there. Made several good friends. Enjoy the pool. And there's always candy in the office. Chris the owner is nice.

Dogs bark constantly - big dogs. This is against the rules but nothing changes. Pot holes all over the park are huge and never fixed even though you are billed monthly toward them being fixed! Pool always clean & landscaping looks great however entry and mail box area needs alot of work...for several years!

My mother has lived here for a lot of years. I did for about 3 or 4. The only issues I have are the reaccuring pot holes (craters) in the streets and a select few neighbor kids that steal from my mother and scratch up the paint job on her vehicles. Other than that, I LOVE the area, the feeling of peace I experience when I'm outside and the pool is fantastic!!

I love living here it's quiet and peaceful. It's nestled in a cul de sac so the only people going in and out really are the people who live here.

The owner has stolen money from renters. Refusing to give them credit for the Texas rent relief programs. He also adds extra charges stating that the city is doing it when in fact they are not. He is very crooked and is abusive of the elderly.
