Long term only. Some spots under a long 3 sided pole barn, separated by a wooden privacy fence between each camper. Pets are allowed to pee on wooden privacy fences for years. Smells! Owner has tried to remedy but not effective. I would stay again but would only stay at an outside spot. Workers with loud trucks who zoom in and out starting early morning. No ‘SLOW’ signs. I had a hard time giving 3 stars except it’s an economical choice. Unfortunately that attracts everyone. No wifi, no amenities. Kind of an adult location only.

Pretty sure i just passed this one on the road. I think if i remember correctly i turned around on their property. It looked nice and clean at the time and semi secure but thats about all i can tell you about it as it was not my true destination.

We currently stay here and we absolutely love it. Mr. Black has a heart of gold and so far everyone at the park is super friendly.

Great place for extended stay RV plus they have covered spots with plenty of room. Reasonably priced and owners are great.
