We stayed here 3 years ago and returned again for another stay. It's a very quiet park, off the road, with large pull-through sites for $35. The owner answered the phone on the second ring. He met us at the park, very accommodating.

We stayed 2 days at Wild Country RV Resort at $30 per day for FHU. This is an older park that was very good in it’s day. Today, it needs just a little TLC to make it a great park again. The utilities works perfect and the gravel sites are mostly level. Some monthly sites are bigger than others. No WiFi, bathrooms/showers or laundry room was present. Therefore, self contained units only, no tenting. Ted the owner was extremely nice and friendly. Wild Country was far enough from I-20 to be noise free but close enough to be very convenient, regardless of travel direction. I received 9 OTA TV channels. Satellite dish owners may have a problem in some sites, given all the trees. Verizon and AT&T had great reception.

This is a nice small park just a mile or two off the main highway, so it was very quiet. We had a nice pull through (#3) with some shade. The site was gravel and level. All the hookups worked and were in good shape. We stayed 3 nights. The Verizon signal was good and AT&T was great at over 70Mps. The park has good WiFi. There is no bath house or laundry. It is self pay and only $25 per night. We will definitely be back the next time we’re passing through the area. Great South West Views for sunsets
