The odious rancid nature of murk in a swamp almost compares to how little the surrounding grounds is taken care of. Sure it nestles a nice building, but I ask you do you come for buildings in camping? While it could be argued that bugs and by the many they do exist outside ... The sheer amount of mosquitoes more than overshadows the presence of other wild life from the blatant amount of stagnancy present. The grounds keepers are clearly tired of their jobs and are generally unpleasant to interact with, treating others less like people and more like obstacles. The shower is the only reason this gets two stars, whoever is financially assisting this place should be embarrassed and an investigation of investment is advised!
Jul 16, 2024 · Rynver Noodle (BadMindFool)Lot: C10. Beautiful site, nice stagf, family friendly, soft top soil for good staking and sleeping for tent campers, pretty nice restroom, good hours, picnic bench and fire pit for each site. My boy and i had a good, peaceful rest before continuing our cross-country journey. Be advised: the parking is general, not per site. If you have a trailer of any kind, there is a parking lot just up the road that can accommodate long vehicles or you can detach a short trailer and park next to it.
Sep 04, 2022 · Tanner James MorrisHave visited more than 30 campgrounds in five different states and this was worst of all. Super loud and noisy past 2 am for two straight nights. Cops would come, people would be quiet for ten minutes, then start blasting loud music again. Will never stay here again. Rules not enforced.
Jul 03, 2022 · Isaac MorrisTall tree grove without separation of tent sites and no view of water. Nice restrooms and showers.
Jul 11, 2024 · Gardar SThis place was SO. HARD. TO. FIND. They need to update the address or something. It took me to the wrong spot, and it was so dark with not enough signage. The rangers I eventually spoke with were helpful. And the bathrooms were nice.
