For the most part a quiet place but... on the road I live on needs repair, getting bad ! Owner has NO desire to fix road ...just fill in with gravel on black top road and and the rules of the court seem to change. Lot rent keeps going up although it's still somewhat reasonable 😑 in Watertown area. Need to check this place out for yourself!

Her care taker is sever drinker and drives drunk thru the court all the time!! Really safe place for kids!! Drunk driver as lot taker and standing water
