This community has been my home the last 2 years.This is one of the safest, quietest, and most well maintained communities I've ever had the pleasure to call home. The staff/ maintenance men are amazing and always so helpful.. Andrew the manager is professional and always has an open door for communication. The play ground for the kids, the pool and the dog park are a plus. The homes are modern and up to date with new appliances which I loved. The homes are reasonably priced especially for the Market were currently in. If you're looking for that "Bang for your buck" this is it. I will truly miss living here.
If you have the option, do whatever you can to avoid this neighborhood. The rent is always changing, the houses are made of cheap materials, the repairmen often ignore requests, weather it's to fix the appliances such as air conditioning, refrigerator, doors falling off the hinges, horrible flooring, fees for things such as leaving your trash can anywhere but the curb but only on Friday's. If I could give it 0 stars I would, rent varying between 1400 and 1800 dollars a month for an abhorent neglected house , managed by some of the most greedy people I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. It's clear no one really cares about the tenants and only want to make profit on you, all while they spend a little as possible and often choose to never be any help at all.
My daughter and I went in to inquire about your property, the person in the front office was very unfriendly and prejudice. Call out an African American sister to help us, using her as a token person. She seem like she had already been coached in what to say to us. She was nice however was not being herself. Seem like she had to do what they say by kissing up to her or them. She seem to be the only African American in the office. If you are a Black African American I suggest don't rent or buy there because of the prejudice attitude. We have to love everyone no matter their skin color. I ask her are you doing alright she said yes and call the black sister out. This how my daughter and I was greeted, how may I help you.? No how are you doing and good afternoon. I feel she could have done better, this is poor customer service skills. Be blessed love always because no one can steal my joy because what they're might be going through, however if you was not feeling well you should stay at home until you feel better and don't bring your negative attitude to work.
My floorplan and appliances are everything I have ever wanted in a home. But the most awesome thing is the staff (Manager, Sales Manager and Maintenance personnel) at Coweta Hills. The Manager, Andrew Cartenaga is exceptional in his treatment of me with assistance answering questions, resolving issues and quick action being taken when disaster struck from a storm. I have recommended Coweta Hills to friends like me in our mature years because of the care I receive from Management and staff.
We rent a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with Coweta hills. I had no issues up until this summer. I pay almost $1500 in rent a month, and I expect Coweta Hills to hold up their part of the lease agreement and properly cut/weed eat the yard. The new receptionist Jenny is very unprofessional and RUDE! Very disappointed with the customer service.
