We are looking to relocate to possibly this area. The amenities are geared towards adults, and the salt water pool and hot tubs are fantastic. They have a beautiful creek that runs the perimeter of the park, yet they didn't save a spot for community use which plain isn't fair to all the lots not on the water. Now the cabin we rented wasn't really worth the money they charged. The first morning we got up and had brought donuts- left on the countertop overnight they were invaded by ants. Who likes to waist $$$$ . To say the least I was pretty mad. The office did respond and the owner got someone out to the cabin to spray for pest. But if you rent a place it should be something you get done automatically. They did seem to have some strange rules. Not sure if I could give it another chance.

So we almost didn’t stay here based on other negative reviews. I’m glad we didn’t listen because we had a wonderful time. Let me be very clear though- this is NOT the place to party loud all night or let your kids roam unattended. Be sure to read the rules and expect to follow them. It is a quiet resort that takes pride in what it has built, and they should. They are clearly expanding their sites but we didn’t have any construction during our stay. Staff was above and beyond nice and helpful. We had a rainy weekend so put up a pop up canopy and were asked to take it down. Didn’t see that anywhere in the rules but we wanted to be respectful. They have fire pits there you can use at no additional charge. And free cable boxes if you don’t have satellite. Pool was on the small side but they are adding a second one in the next phase. Bottom line- be respectful and mature and you’ll have a wonderful experience. We did.

Top notch. No complaints, people were friendly. Beautiful pools and spa. Only complaint was that we had to bring our own wifi router and figure out how to get it set up on the outside power pole. Bought a $25 router at Walmart and once we found the right connections we had fantastic wifi from the CAT 5 connection on the pole box. Just would have been nice if the fellow who took us to our site could have stayed a minute and showed us how to hook it up. It is mostly owner occupied but no one had any issues with anything we did. Little chip and put golf, shuffle board and pickle ball all with supplied equipment. Jill in the office was very helpful. Enjoyed our stay even with 4 days of straight rain.

Extremely disappointed in cabin 89. I paid $1469.00 for a 6 night stay in the most outdated and not well cared for cabin in the resort. Only dog friendly cabin unfortunately. These owners need to do some very serious updating on decor and supplies and furniture. Sofa smelled, bed Extremely uncomfortable, toilet seat did not fit the toilet, no place to put anything in bathroom, no place to put food, no iron or board provided. Seriously outdated decor that just didn't give us a mountain cabin appeal. I paid a Cleaning fee and the attached porch was so filthy we couldn't use it. Cobwebs and dirty. Not appealing at all. Chairs on porch were not suitable for adults. Only nice thing about this cabin was the swing and the creek behind it. We love Crossing Creeks but only the RV rental lots. Our next stay in Octobet will be Creekside Cabins in downtown Blairsville. And we may come back again in spring with our 5th wheel. Love everything about CCRVR accept for this Motel 6 style cabin. Owner really needs to update seriously if he's gonna charge 5 star prices. And make sure porch is cleaned and usable.
