Given that Choestoe Falls RV Park features individually owned lots, "promotions or special offers" typically pertain more to real estate transactions (for purchasing a lot) or rental arrangements by individual lot owners, rather than park-wide seasonal discounts. However, there may still be opportunities for value:
-
Rental Opportunities from Owners: Many lot owners rent out their spaces, especially if they are not full-time residents. Inquiring directly with the park management or checking real estate listings for rentals within the park might reveal various rental terms, including weekly or monthly rates that could be more favorable than short-term stays at other parks. Some listings indicate a "1-week minimum stay" for rentals.
-
Special Pricing on Lots for Sale: If you are interested in purchasing a lot, real estate agents handling listings within Choestoe Falls RV Park may occasionally offer incentives, competitive pricing, or financing options. Properties listed for sale often highlight included amenities like decks, sheds, or even full RVs on the lot.
-
HOA Dues Benefits: While not a "promotion," understanding the annual HOA fee ($600 per year) and what it covers (maintenance of common areas, community amenities) can be seen as a value proposition for long-term residents, ensuring a well-maintained community.
The best way to discover any current "special offers" is to contact Choestoe Falls RV Park directly, as they can guide you on available rental lots or connect you with owners who are looking to rent. Additionally, checking local real estate listings for "Choestoe Falls RV Park" is advisable for purchase opportunities.

Customer Reviews
Very nice Park Plenty of room on the lots. We have a 45 ft bus plus a Jeep and a golf cart No problem at all. Of course the lots are different sizes so this is the one that we stayed at but most of them are good size lots.
We rented from one of the owners on several occasions and loved it so much we ended up buying a lot. Beautiful little park that the owners take a great deal of pride in, and it shows. Love the friendly folks too!
A slice of heaven. We are staying here for 6 months as renter and just love it. The lost are individually. We are on a dead end street with a babbling creek running behind us. Our alarm clock are the birds, just beautiful. Blairsville is a short 15 min drive for shopping. Certified as a Wildlife Habitat. So far we love it and I can feel my blood pressure coming down and my mind relaxing. Big Smile!
Nice park of privately owned lots. Many owners rent theirs out when not in use, and we rented a spot for a month. Road in and out of the park is very tight, especially for larger rigs. We visited in early spring and there weren't many people in the park at that time but the people we did meet were very friendly. We hope to return for another visit.
Beautiful privately owned RV lots in a lovely quiet setting with lush foliage in the summer. Close to Vogel State Park and Brasstown Bald and Helen!
