Promotions or Special Offers

Cypress Cove Retreat, while not explicitly detailing traditional "promotions" like seasonal discounts in the provided reviews, does offer certain value-added benefits and a pricing structure that can be considered appealing to prospective campers. Based on publicly available rate information, there are several noteworthy aspects:

  • Children Stay FREE!: This is a significant "special offer" for families, as children are explicitly stated to stay free with the included daily membership fees for up to two adults. This can lead to considerable savings for larger families.

  • Every 7th Night is FREE!: For those planning longer stays, this is a clear promotion. Getting every seventh night free effectively reduces the average nightly rate for week-long or extended trips, making it a more economical choice for longer vacations.

  • Varied Membership Rates: The park offers different daily and monthly rates based on membership levels (Full/Youth, After 5, Supporting - AANR, TNS, FCN, INF, and Non-Member). While these are not promotions in the sense of a temporary discount, they represent structured pricing that offers better value for members of certain affiliations. For example, a Full/Youth member pays $37 for a full hookup site, while a Non-Member pays $83.

  • One-Night Stay Surcharge: There is a $10 surcharge for a one-night stay, encouraging longer visits and contributing to the peaceful, less transient atmosphere.

  • Long-Term Stay Savings: For monthly stays, especially during the low season (May-Oct) and for "Full Members," rates are significantly reduced. There's also a clear incentive to "Stay four months or longer and SAVE with a full membership!" This is a strong offer for those seeking extended stays or seasonal residency.

These elements, particularly the "children stay free" and "every 7th night free" policies, coupled with membership-based pricing tiers, effectively serve as built-in value propositions that make Cypress Cove Retreat attractive to various types of campers seeking a relaxing and potentially cost-effective long-term or short-term stay. Prospective campers are highly encouraged to review the current rate schedule and membership options directly with the park to understand the best pricing for their specific needs.

Horrible, crowded and the owners are beyond disrespectful. Allows their very large dog wander freely on OTHER PEOPLES PROPERTY. Even after being asked to keep the dog off other people's property. Claims the dog is to ward off bears but no bears have been see close to by in many years. Jan just wants to be in control of everything, even if it's not her property to be in control of.
