I've lived here for 2 years. It's clean, gated, well lit, with camera coverage for safety and security. The management is top notch! The residents are respectful and friendly. All around very nice place.
Pet friendly and mostly quiet. We were just passing through in our van, seems like most folks are there long term. Laundry room is nice. However, the bathrooms, though in a nice building, are awful. No toilet paper, a mess, clogged toilets… not sure how and why this is happening. If you’re in an RV and don’t need to use the facilities, it’s fine
When I made the reservation there were lots of openings, this is not true. The spot we pick was full and he is living there. There were only 2 spaces open and most of the people live there long term. Don't believe the web for openings. It was quite at night and kept clean.
I lived there for a year and I really like ithey have bathrooms and showers and Washer and dryers. It is a good place to live. Check it out. . I really enjoyed it. They have the bathrooms to shours, washes and dryers. I love the air.
I stayed at Danny's for 7 months. Never had problems. I always received my packages. Vic who is in the office is super nice and always answers the phone. Each lot has its own electric meter, which bill is not expensive at all. When I checked in I gave my card info and I was automatically charged rent and light. Which helped because alot of times I would have not been able to make payments during regular business hours. It's in the city but it does feel safe. Would recommend this place.
