This place has gotten so bad, it's shocking. The new management targets people they don't like and issues warnings and threats of being charged $100 a day until they do what management sees fit. They turn off the water every time you turn around, with no warning. They have speed bumps that aren't even painted. They have a whole road blocked off that they aren't fixing. They don't clean the dumpster area, it's horrifically bad. There are trailers with busted out windows and doors, one has the whole side that just fell off. But somehow they want to send huge lists of what your yard should look like and when to clean your home. Psychos.
sewage everywhere, dirty place, the new maintenance people don't care about this place, besides they want to charge 50 dollars more for rent this 03/2025 and they don't do anything to improve the community of the residents of this park. Many people just keep quiet and don't raise their voice for fear of being removed from the park. Because if you complain about something, all they do is threaten you and give you an eviction order.
I lived here in my RV for 6 months while searching for a home. I’ve stayed long term in multiple RV parks before across the country and I have to say this was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had. The staff and ownership is incredibly friendly and understanding. The park GM is a huge part of the community and is very involved in the grounds. It is safe and friendly and the rate ($450/mo) is the best you will find in the area BY FAR. Absolutely would recommend. Thanks Davis Mobile Home park for a great living experience!
Place has improved for the better. Still can use more improvement, especially when it rains due to the street floods.
I LIVE here! I like the fact that they allow sheds that they have to approve of 1st, and also have spaces for full-timers in RVs. The only complaint I have so far is that, when they choose to shut off the water for repairs to the pipes, they do not give you any advance warning!! Otherwise, I recommend this place...
