For many Iowans considering various housing options, mobile home parks, or manufactured home communities, offer a distinct alternative to traditional stick-built homes or apartment living. These communities can provide a sense of personal space, often at a more accessible price point, and foster a unique neighborhood dynamic. The experience of living in a manufactured home community is deeply shaped by its management and the overall environment it cultivates. I have lived out here 7+ years. NICE property. Big lots. Affordable. I have a nice size garden a fire pit. It's peaceful and well managed and maintained by the park owners who live here. I agree the speed bumps are a little extreme and the streets could use more lighting. Compared to other parks this one was a gem. I say "Was" because the park was recently sold to Kodiac Property management. I feel harrassed, the rules are ubsurd. They write violations for everything. The rent took a huge jump and I question their motives. Read reviews from Fawn creek mobile home park in Anamosa. I would not recommend moving here at this time
