Dave sires is the owner he was doing a great job then he ran for city council and now state senate and his wife has been trying to fight us with every little inconvenience we ask for help with an addutude behind it we were given a shead by Dave to store our lawn mower when I would have gotten one but the shead is broken to where we can't get into it to store anything in it, I've explained that to Lisa and asked for some assistance with her replying no but yet she expects us to still get a lawn mower and leave it out to get ruined and or stolen,so I have to rely on my father who is taking care of my mother who is terminal when he has time and is home to bring his mower over or let us pick it up but lisa expects us to force my father to abandon my terminal mother to bring it in a snap of a finger or she sends out a letter bitching instead of having there grounds keeper that we've seen drive his little atv through our yard and mow others in the parks yard, she's breached contract by raising rent and when I tried getting legal counsel to get information she tried to strong arm and fear monger us with her lawyer and to go back on agreement when we were able to pay rent due to me being seriously sick and have medical condition that caused me in hospital so I had to pay at the end of the month as well as trying to force my fiancee to get rid HER ESA claiming that she had to have a police animal in order to have an Esa so we were forced to pay $300 to expedite and her therapist to include the laws and Esa protection in our certification which also hindered us to pay rent sooner, Dave is great and we miss him running the park
I’ve lived here 15 years and am very happy with my neighbors. Everything is well taken care of and if I have a problem the owner promptly helps me. Dogs are now allowed for a monthly fee.
Been staying here for a few months now. The park owner/manager is great. The environment here is peaceful and relaxing.
Very Rude person that answer the phone, not sure he is the manager but if is, well very bad for the company no able to give me any kind of information on rentals or anything sound like he was very upset and tired, if you don't like to talk to people or like your job just move on and start doing what you like...
Denied me and told me I couldn't live here because I have a service dog for my sleep apnea. Could have went to court with this but decided it wasn't worth the time. Extremely rude and ignore people on purpose.
