Customer Reviews
What a great experience. Cabins are very clean & cozy! Hands down it’s way better than a hotel. The staff is amazing.
This is a very friendly campground. Bobbie, is a Sweetheart and you will love her. Has all the facilities you will need, even a laundromat. If ever I come thru this way again, I will definitely come here to camp. From Michigan & Ohio we are grateful for our stay at Crazy Acres. Larry, Susan and Jan.
BEDBUGS DOGS AND FILTH OH MY Cabin 1 was so filthy and full of dog hair the slobs that own the place just ended up moving us to a different cabin. Only to rent it out to some other poor souls a few hours later without cleaning it. Cabin 7 had a fridge straight out of the 60s-70s full of water and mold. The docks and so called children's park will no doubt claim a life if they haven't already. Most of the campers that are there look like they are permanently there wheels flat, jacks buried deep SHEDS put up in place. Felt less like a camping spot for family and more like a rural LA hangout. And the best for last. The insane amount of bedbugs... truly makes me feel ashamed I could possibly overlook it. My wife and kids got ate up so badly by bedbugs that I had to remove myself from the property out of fear of what happens next. Save yourselves and if you have children this place has serious potential to harm them or worse.
Met up with a buddy who keeps a permanent spot here. Met the owners of the park. They recently acquired it and reopened the restaurant located on site "The Old Goat Barn". We stayed on lot 83 and woke up to this incredible view (see picture of our campside view) during our stay. We had a great time and will definitely be back!
Wonderful place. Owners are very friendly. My husband and I stayed there for almost 3 months for his job. Can't wait to stay again. Hopefully the bar and grille will reopen by our next visit. Combines harvesting and grain dryers in the fall are a little noisy, but you get use to them.
