I was considering renting some lots and bringing our 2 trailers in to one of there many available spots but the manager couldn't even tell me if it was a possibility. Didn't reach back out untill Sunday and with a very unprofessional demeanor upon answering. And still couldn't answer any questions I had about renting a lot or 2. Also the amount of broken down vehicles and lack of upkeep mixed with the unprofessional conduct after only showing her respect during our interactions, moved our 2 trailers to a near by much better cared for park. Very nice, family friendly place to live. I lived here 9yrs now and it’s been through a couple different owners/managers. We just recently switched owners/managers again and it’s turning into a nice place again. It’s quite picked up and just an all around nice place to live.
Save yourself the headache and don't move in here. The property managers are a joke. They make up and change rules to fit their needs. The best way that you can describe them is you typical nosey Karen but in a slumlord property manager position. "We strive to provide a safe, family friendly environment, and sometimes this means enforcing unpopular rules and regulations." --- The only opinions you take into account is the ones in your house hold.
My experience with the owner Charlie Dehart was iffy, he was all over the place on what he wanted done, and changed his mind Nemours times , then when the time came to pay for the services we provided, he became angry and didnt want to pay until we did more work that he added after the original work was completed, he got on Google and every website out there and trash talked our company and myself included, still have not gotten paid, I do NOT recommend doing any kind of business with this man nor company
This park is ok but there is room for improvement. A couple of residents are allowed to pile junk all over their yards, and place an excessive amount of yard decorations, Some people won't mow their grass and they let weeds grow, wild. Nothing is said to them. The rules seem to be based on who is liked or not.
