The owner/landlord is a jerk. I was there to cut some yards of a couple residents and he proceeded to harass me. He said "I am the lawn guy around here" but 90% of his property the grass was at least two feet tall.
I have lived here for 8months now. Single and struggling. Been threw a couple jobs. The 1st month I had all rent. Every month after that he was kind to work with me. By taking cash as I made it. Sometimes it took me all month but I paid. Now for some reason I'm being evicted.. with late charges. Never had to pay late charges before. I don't know what happen. I thought this was my place of living never look at it like a vacation spot. The covic-19 I thought we weren't supposed to kick out. What you have here is a lot of goosip rumors and board people.
This place is not a rv park it is a field of weeds, not a level spot at all. We need a stop. It's my fault we should have just kept on going. It's not on our list
I am not a "Direct Customer" i know people who live in this rv park and i have been here before and its nit the nicest place and well now i know it doesn't have the nicest owner. Doesn't matter if you know the person or not its a review and a statement i made from my experience with this business. Have a nice day and dont stay at this rv park its in the BAD part of town.
The plug ins were easy and the up keep of the peoperty was a delight... The service was good and prices are fair thanks Jalìrí
