The picture doesn't do it justice. We are in the back of the park & backed up to the woods in "Geezerville" as the youngsters call it. Come take a peak. When you get here just ask for the Camp Host TJ. He'll take care of ya.

I had to write this review! We pulled in after the Downhams and they couldn't be more wrong! This is the best park in the Truman Lake area! Not sure why they thought they could stay here for only $100/month when the rate is $350/month?!? They complained about everything and expected special pricing for some reason!?! Then they gave them a bad review. Don't believe them! The park is mostly a yearly park and is currently full with a waiting list - the people we talked to love it here!!

We rented a spot here in November 2020. Couldn’t live our rig in til Mid March 2021. Lost 4 months. Paid upfront and also paid our electric upfront. Used park 3 times due to Covid sickness and even death form Covid in my immediate family. Received an email in September telling us we would no longer have our spot or contract in campground. When I asked why here was the owners response: You suggested your parents to our park and they paid the $100 deposit and the decided not to rent from us??? I said how did that reflect on me?? My parents were interested in their park and had til February 15th to make up their minds if they would take the spot for sure or not. If they decided against it they lost their $100. They decided they were getting too old to camp or tow a camper any longer so decided not to. The owner said my parents cost them hundreds of dollars. Remember the spot was rented from previous people til February. All I can figure is that the owner wanted to double up on what she made off the other people then who ever rented it next. When I voiced publically why I thought I was actually being kicked out, they went nuts. We got a threatening voicemail from the husband owner telling us to move our stuff immediately or the ball would start rolling. Not knowing if that was a personal injury threat or threat to our property we got our stuff out. We asked for the 71 days we lost at the end and the remainder of our electric back and Lesli told us we were crazy and even threatened to go to my pace of employment and bad mouth me. All this in writing. We got our electric back but told if we returned to use our spot we would be trespassing. She did inform us that there were 6 gays in her park. Now question is?? If you don’t have a problem with or mind gay people, then how do you know exactly how many you have?? I would highly suggest not renting here.
