For many families and individuals across Pennsylvania, securing a truly affordable place to call home is often a challenge, particularly within the scenic and accessible confines of Berks County. Fairview Mobile Home Park in Leesport, PA, provides an important alternative in the housing market, offering a path to homeownership that is often significantly more attainable than traditional single-family dwellings.
Located on the quiet backroads yet close to the convenience of major suburban amenities, Fairview Mobile Home Park serves as an all-age, pet-friendly community. It is a residential area where residents own their manufactured homes and lease the land space, offering a distinct lifestyle focused on community and value. The management's goal is to provide a safe and affordable environment for all residents.
Living in a mobile home park, like any real estate decision, requires careful consideration. Customer feedback indicates a spectrum of experiences. On one hand, many residents appreciate the peace and quiet, the kindness of the management and maintenance teams, and the welcoming nature of their neighbors. They find it a serene place to live while remaining close to shopping centers and neighboring municipalities. This perspective highlights the community's commitment to responsiveness and friendliness.
However, prospective residents must also approach the community with caution and diligence, as some reviews point to concerns regarding the condition of some properties within the park, perceived code violations, and questions about the true valuation of some homes for sale. This highlights the vital Pennsylvania Mobile Home Park Rights Act (MHCRA), which encourages buyers to conduct thorough due diligence, including property inspections and title checks, and to review all lease agreements and park rules meticulously before making any financial commitments. It is crucial to work with trusted professionals to ensure a transparent transaction that reflects the true value of any home being purchased.
Location and Accessibility
The location of Fairview Mobile Home Park is one of its most attractive attributes for Berks County locals. Situated at 27 Upper Loop Rd, Leesport, PA 19533, USA (right off Park Rd.), the community offers the best of both worlds: a quiet, rural-adjacent atmosphere with exceptional access to local infrastructure.
Leesport itself is a small borough nestled in the Greater Reading Area, providing a more relaxed pace of life while keeping major services and employment centers within a short drive. The park's setting on Upper Loop Road allows residents to feel removed from the urban bustle, enjoying the "serene backroads of Berks County," as one resident noted. Yet, the convenience remains:
The local environment supports a family-friendly lifestyle with nearby public amenities and services that serve the Leesport and surrounding areas.

Dec 06, 2020 · Darius BohnIt's very sad and misleading as to the true presentation of this park. It's almost as if someone went through allot of trouble coming up with many different screen names to depict an amazingly beautiful park. Fairview is many things but NOT a beautiful and wonderful place to live. Many code violations exist. Gutted out and burned down trailers are what you see when looking out your window. Possible scams to get you to buy a home in this park with pricing 3 to 4 times the true value of a gutted out trailer. Please be very careful and cautious when viewing any property in this park. Never sign anything until you are 100 % certain that this is what you want. Never be that desperate for a place to live until you have went through every last detail of buying a trailer in this park.
Jun 30, 2019 · Lori WilliamsI've only been here for a few months. But the new owners are making a HUGE difference, just in the short time I have been here. There is starting to be a sense of community, and folks are proud of Fairview and what it has become. We are all looking forward to seeing what the future brings.

Oct 07, 2021 · Christopher SnyderSeems like a peaceful clean place, but not suited for our needs. It on the side if a hill, and my wife can't handle walking up and down hills. Too bad.
