Customer Reviews
Management is run by the most shady and nasty people in existence. They hire people to stock you. They do not fix any issues with the park or mobile homes. The mobile homes are old. The park is infested with rats and roaches. Their so called maintenance sits in carts all day playing on their devices. They only care about your rent being paid. They have one line for everyone in the company. The official company was closed down a few years ago. It use to be a great place to live now it's just sad and one feels bad for the families that don't have a choice but to live there.

I went to view a trailer that was being prepped for a new tenant. Public notices were still taped to the door, which was unlocked when I arrived recently. The inside was beyond horrible and in no way safe for viewing. The trailer should be condemned not rented. It is full of black mold, multiple holes in the ceilings/floors; as well as remnants of animal feces. It's sad that someone will probably end up living in it and getting ill from all the mold everywhere. Florida needs more safe & affordable housing. This... is not it!

Great place to live, but they had bad management when I lived there. I'm glad they finally got better management. They definitely needed it.
