These testimonials highlight several key aspects of Gator RV Park: its beautiful setting directly on the Rim Canal (part of the vast Lake Okeechobee system), offering scenic "river view" vistas; its friendly and welcoming community fostered by good management and "nice neighbors"; and its appeal as a less crowded alternative to other parks in the area. The emphasis on "great prices for monthly or yearly lots" also suggests that it caters wonderfully to those seeking affordable, long-term RV living. For Floridians, this translates into an opportunity to enjoy peaceful, affordable waterfront living, with easy access to both nature and local amenities in downtown Okeechobee. Worst place I ever stayed at I would highly recommend NOT renting a spot from them you will have people try to breaking into your house and they won’t do nothing about it to help fix the situation and the sheriffs department won’t either I have video evidence of everything The owners does poor maintenance on the property they also have septic tank and sewer issues and the water smells like rotten eggs there’s a drug problem there, there was drugs being sold in plain view and throughout the park. Everyone was in everyone’s business and would start drama

Management and staff appear friendly at first. This is nothing but a mismanaged trailer park. There are no gracious tiny home owners here.
