This place was so nice that we bought a place in September 2024. Very serene, lawns are taken care of regularly, nice mailroom (outside, but inside building, walking distance 2 or 3 blocks to Publix plus lots of other known stores. Highly recommend Golden Oaks.
It's a pleasure to live here now that it's under new management. The new park manger will help with what you need. She's very personable. The park is in better shape, and we get our mail on time. We were even invited to her grand daughters birthday party with food and games. Had a good time. Rent is very affordable also. 5 STARS.
Not friendly management at all. Very rude and disrespectful. If you have any friends this is a place you don't want to live. Very judgemental place don't ever ride a bicyclein to or around the park as they believe if you ride a bike ur homeless I would not ever want to retire here. But a prime location
