We have a 37 ft. 5th wheel, and it barely fit in what they call a pull thru site. In reality, it is not a pull thru site for big rigs. Our rig had to be backed up into someone else site, to get it in. Thanks to Tim, for helping with that. Also, there is no sewer, and transients don't get pumped, only the seasonals get their tanks pumped. Their dump station is at the back ofbthe campgrounds, which is very inconvenient when you have a big rig. The roads are barely wide enough for the golf cart, and there are a few trees with low branches. So take our rv to the dump station was out of the question. Also, we were right on top of our neighbor. There was maybe 18 inches between our slides. We were so unhappy, we left a day early.
Aug 18, 2025 · Tina BohleyTraveling up through Canada and stopped here to camp on our way back home. Extremely clean restrooms! And the pool was amazing after a long hot drive. Docks if you have a boat, are available. Very friendly owners. Definitely recommend.
Jul 17, 2024 · Christine SWe stopped here for 1 night on an RV trip to Maine. This was our least favorite place of the 6 RV campgrounds where we stayed. Everyone is right on top of each other. When our neighbor pulled in we were so close together we had to move our car so he could pull into his spot. There is no one really watching the campground either. There were a bunch of young men sitting in the road right outside our campsite, no one ever said anything. There's no one watching that good are leashed and the dump is up hill and kinda far away.
Jul 20, 2024 · Alla PeckhamWe went camping here and got put in one of the worst camp sites I have ever been in, it was right on the highway (route 5) and across the way was the rest of the camp which were blaring the news and being rowdy until late. The campgrounds is full of seasonal and long term RV spots, not a bad thing but notable. If I wanted to camp on the side of a main road with cars driving by all night I’d do it in Burlington and not pay $60 to do it in Alburg
Jul 15, 2024 · Brendan Hamill-O'NeilThis campground has approx 220 sites where 95% are permanently occupied with seasonal residents. Site was on a sloped ridge parallel to one of the vehicle paths. Zero privacy. Neighbors on three sides separated by about 10 feet. Be prepared for: - A continuous parade of golf carts passing by on the nearby path with drivers and passengers yelling greetings to everyone they know. - People walking though your site going to visit others - People parking on your site in front of your trailer with pickup trucks and/or golf carts. I had both at the same time. - Loud parties, possibly on two sides simultaneously, until after midnight complete with smoky campfires and conversations unsuitable for children. - Barking dogs Other than that, it was lovely. Expensive for what you get.
