I have friends that live there and it is a nice,safe and quiet place to rent a lot. Gravel roads but very well kept and a strictly enforced 5 mile an hour speed limit. Pretty nice as far as trailer parks go, in my opinion.

Quiet and an easy place to get in and out of. Too bad there is no playground for kids within walking distance; although, there is a park you can drive to right down the road.

This is a nice clean and quite Mobile Home PARK. You can rent a lot to put uour mobile home on. You have a small yard and a place to park 2 cars.
