Nice park, some units are unoccupied or condemned/damaged. There is no driveway for back or middle residents, they have to drive all the way to the front to exit. On google maps the units aren't numbered correctly. The only one storm shelter in the way back. A lot of speed bumps. Otherwise, cool community. Ample parking for guests/storage.😊 I hope to make friends and be here for a while.❤️

There is a swimming pool but it's been closed for a while. There is also a playground. Don't even try riding a bike or scooter around your own neighborhood because there are speed bumps every 20 feet. I understand the dumb people but spread them out a bit.

As a single mother this place has been wonderful. The rent is very reasonable and you get your own space. It’s dog friendly and leases are month to month so if you want to move you’re welcome to do so without being stuck in a long lease. Management has always been quick to respond to any issues and more than willing to help. Only negatives are the massive speed bumps and unsupervised children in the area…which makes sense as to why the speed bumps are so high. We keep to ourselves and haven’t had any issues.

Awful management. Tainted water (which they just started charging for). Worst speed bumps in the world. They'll kill your suspension. Overall bad place.
