It is important for prospective residents to be aware of the internal community dynamics mentioned in some reviews, particularly regarding disagreements and management issues, and to seek current information directly from the park to assess if the environment aligns with their expectations. However, for those seeking a quiet, clean, and predominantly senior-oriented community with an established history, Harrison Court Inc offers distinct advantages.

Interesting how Bernie's wife is now on the board. This park was nice when we moved in. Yes they had there problems but they seemed to have been caused by a small few following one person. We just left the park cause those small few caused a huge unrest in the park. For the three years I lived there one person was constantly accused different people of taking the same money from the office. When accountants and the bank showed nothing missing he would the blame someone else for the same time frame. Even the office manager who left abruptly was accused of stealing money. Although now she is back in the office working. She is a nice lady and I feel bad that she is getting in the middle of this. Now they have a new board all orchestrated by this one guy. He caused unrest by trying to get the board disbanded so his people can get on. It only worked for three people. Two were already leaving the board. Before we left they were taking things out of the office and then saying things were missing. There were even pictures other people took of this happening. Board officers and this guy at the office at all hours doing who knows what. They had secret meetings to be able to kick 3 other members off. They kept saying the roads would get fixed even put down paint, that was back in August. The board put out minutes after a board meeting saying you can not walk dogs in the playground area or you will be fined. I guess it does not apply to board members. Three officers of the board are constantly walking their dogs around the park. Now I have been working on selling my home many things came to light. The new board does not seem to know what they are doing or what is aloud to be said to others. When I want to pay the lot rent they started asking about the people purchasing my home. They continued talking with my sister and I about their credit report. Now I know They are not aloud to discuss private information with anyone but it seems not to bother them if they are doing thing illegally. The funny thing is no one is above his accusations. Its just a matter of time that he gets tired of tese new people. At that point he will just accuse them of whatever he wants and will try to get them off or accuse them of stealing money as well. I wish I knew who I could report this to, but I guess a review will have to do.
