Customer Reviews
I put up a review up a month after I moved here... And I thought it was good but not now I will be filing a complete with corporate... And and I do not recommend moving here rent is sky high and they like to make up rules. And this is what this employee does most of the time when he's on the clock or This is what happens all the time in here and no one In the office does their job all they do is sweep it under the rug.. it's mostly like that on Rosedale dr in the afternoon and they tell us no parking in the street is allowed... This is how they the renters. They let them do what the want
I am beyond impressed with the office staff and management here in the community. The office is always well-maintained, clean, and welcoming, creating a great atmosphere for everyone who enters. The manager truly stands out for her exceptional attention to detail and dedication to the residents. She goes above and beyond to cater to everyone's needs, always with a positive and friendly attitude. Whether it's addressing concerns promptly or ensuring that everything is running smoothly, she does it with professionalism and care. It's clear that she genuinely values the residents and strives to make their experience here as pleasant as possible. I'm thrilled with how everything is handled, and I feel truly supported in this community.
Living here has been one of the worst rental experiences in my entire adult life. From day one - was told the house would be cleaned prior to move in but looked like it had just been a basic sweep. Literal crap on the walls left by what I'm assuming was the previous tenants dog; food waste stuck inside and on the cabinets, etc. It was spring when we moved in and temps dropped down to freezing overnight only to find out the heat didn't work. Then the washer went out. Then the dryer. Supposedly brand new. The yard was a tore up mess when we moved in and we were told they were going to fix it and then they postponed it for so long and then asked us to carry buckets of dirt to fill in the foot deep truck tire ruts and lay down the grass seed ourselves - on a rental! Shower drain wasn't connected so water was just pouring into the insulation/subfloor. Pipes freeze every winter and whenever you call maintenance for anything they expect you to do everything yourself. That's IF you can get a hold of anyone because the office never answers the phone. Snow removal is a joke, and trash removal is even worse and there's so many feral cats and nobody has garbage cans so there's constantly trash everywhere. Maintenance men don't pick it up, an old veteran who lives in the park does in his free time. And then they have the audacity to constantly harass you about maintaining the lawn under threat of additional penalties. On top of annual rent increases that exceed the rate of inflation. Just a greedy, money hungry corporation that doesn't care about residents or the state of the park
I used to love this place, so much so I moved multiple family members in here. At this time I no longer feel this place to be a good place to live for multiple reasons, but the main one being the community manager and her staff. Many residents in here agree with me, but they are afraid of retaliation. Many have witnessed this retaliation on other residents This community manager and her staff will do whatever they can to get you in here and are really nice durning this process, but once you need something or want to complain about something everything changes. Not everyone in here is treated the same. If the community manager doesn't like you, your screwed. There is no one to stop the community manager and she knows it. I make mortgage payments on my home separate from lot rent, and yet this community manager doesn't care. They want to feel at home while getting in here, then after you are in the community, they don't care about you anymore. If your late on rent and I'm not even talking a month late. I'm talking 13 days late, they will send you to court to evict you. and the cost for 2 adults is about $300. Yes Im late alot on rent, but again not even a month late we are talking two weeks late. They will evict you and your home. Leaving you homeless and you stll have to make mortgage payment and find somewhere else to live. While others are months behind. And like many in here we cant afford to move or live somewhere else, Right now Im caught up, but we know she wants us out.. I would say more, but I already said alot and I already feel that my family and I are being targeted. We just want to be left alone and to feel safe and comfortable, free from retaliation or being targeted in this community we have to live in.
This community is like a hidden gem in my opinion. It's almost off the beaten path, but close to everything. Ongoing site and home renovations, was very clean, had what I consider to be curb appeal. Had that crisp clean pop to it. They are replacing older homes with brand new a section at a time. Overall a really nice community, with extremely nice staff! And a great community atmosphere.
