I've been here 13 years and I'm happy here for the most part. However I have found that some of the park rules do not apply to some people.

I was thrown out at gun point. Without having my Title after two years. They also took weapons out on me while I stayed there. The judge is paid by them. Attached is proof how the order was never signed by the judge. I was in the appeal process.

Me giving a one star review is pushing it…The office manager Marie is by far theee worst person to rent from. She’d rather have crackheads live in the park rather than someone who pays rent. Constantly have to worry about what type of violation you’re gonna get on a daily basis because she has multiple personalities. She sells mobile homes that just completely fall apart. Charges different fees for any little thing. Literally harasses the residents. She’s speaks on everyone else’s business in the park to one another and wrongfully had me thrown out of my trailer that was damn near paid for. Mind you without notice the day prior is when I got a letter on my door. Not to mention all this is over because I paid her son “William” to weed whip my yard and failed to do so. But if the shoe was on the other foot I’d get an extra fee added. This place is a joke. Along with Marie. Misery loves company and now I’ll gladly pay somewhere else with no issues.
