**Introduction / Overview: Finding Affordable Community in Central PA**
For many Pennsylvanians, finding an affordable, well-located, and quiet place to call home is a top priority. Harvest Moon Mobile Home Park, situated in the picturesque community of Linden, PA, offers a compelling solution within the heart of Lycoming County. This community provides residents with the opportunity to purchase or rent manufactured homes, often at a significantly lower cost than traditional site-built homes in the surrounding Williamsport area, without sacrificing proximity to essential services and the region's natural beauty.
Harvest Moon Mobile Home Park is more than just a collection of homes; it’s a residential community that has recently undergone or is currently undergoing a period of transition and revitalization under new ownership. This transition, as is common in community changes, has brought about new management structures and property standards, with an apparent focus on upgrades and modernizing the park. Prospective residents and current locals looking for housing alternatives should note that the park features a mix of both established homes and opportunities for brand-new manufactured home placements, catering to individuals, families, and seniors alike. The goal of the current management appears to be the creation of a stable, clean, and well-maintained neighborhood atmosphere.
**Location and Accessibility**
Harvest Moon Mobile Home Park benefits greatly from its convenient and scenic location in Linden, PA, a small community immediately west of the larger city of Williamsport.

38 Harvest Moon Park, Linden, PA 17744, USA
The park's location offers a desirable balance between quiet, suburban-style living and quick access to urban amenities. It is situated a short distance from US-220, a major regional thoroughfare that provides easy connection to the entire Central Pennsylvania region. Residents can typically reach the main commercial, employment, and entertainment centers of Williamsport—including shopping, dining, and medical facilities—within a convenient 10 to 15-minute drive.
While the immediate neighborhood of the park is considered car-dependent, its close proximity to US-220 means accessibility is excellent for drivers. This positioning is particularly valuable for commuters working in Williamsport or accessing nearby educational institutions like the former Penn College and Lycoming College. Furthermore, the area is surrounded by the natural landscapes of the Susquehanna River Valley, offering easy access to the Linden PFBC Access and Boat Ramp for outdoor recreation like boating and fishing.

**Conclusion: Why this place is Suitable for Locals**
Harvest Moon Mobile Home Park is an excellent choice for Pennsylvania residents—particularly those in the greater Williamsport area—who are seeking stable, long-term housing solutions that marry affordability with convenience. The suitability for locals stems from its unique value proposition: it is one of the most cost-effective ways to establish a private, stand-alone residence in a high-demand county.
For local workers and families, the benefits are clear. The centralized utility services included in the lot rent simplify monthly budgeting, and the location provides minimal commute times to major employment centers along the US-220 corridor. The investment in new homes at the park demonstrates a commitment to modernizing the housing stock, offering brand-new options with contemporary features that appeal to today's homeowners. Furthermore, for those who value being near Central PA’s beautiful rivers and mountains for weekend excursions, the Linden location is perfectly positioned for both work and play. By offering a clean, quiet environment and an affordable entry point to home ownership, Harvest Moon Mobile Home Park serves a vital role in providing quality housing options for the hardworking people of Lycoming County. While potential residents should perform their due diligence regarding current management practices and community standards—as with any community—the overall offering of location, value, and modern housing makes it a strong contender in the Central PA housing market.

If I was able to not give any stars, I definitely wouldn't due to the inconsiderate people who now runs the trailer park. I've never in my whole life ever lived there but was there just recently looking at a vehicle that I was told that was for sale by the owner and that I could look at it to see if I wanted to buy it for my teenage son, and the property manager and his crew were very disrespectful towards me and the other 2 people that were in my vehicle. The property manager tried to claim that I was a fugitive from the law and my vehicle wasn't legal. I made my stand when he called the police after he and his crew literally blocked me in thinking he had the need to force me to stay there. I was literally sitting on a public road and after the State Police came, him and his crew looked like they were defeated. The property manager and his crew were highly pissed off cause there wasn't any charges pressed and we were only told that if we came back without the Park owner, then we'd be charged with trespassing. The park used to be beautiful but it has gone downhill quite a bit since new ownership has taken over. Ms Liberti was amazing and would allow people to get there belongings out in a reasonable time frame and others to help them. I can't believe she sold it all to a bunch of lowlife money hungry Property Managers
Apr 21, 2025 · Crystal BubbWe kept our pull behind here for the summer while our family was working in the area. It's a nice quiet park. Maintained pretty well. The water had some quality issues while we were there, but it did not impact our stay much as we were not there during that time. There was a issue with arrival dates and check in, but other than a bit of confusion, was not a big problem. We had to pick a site as no one from the park communicated our arrival dates. PPL electric is the supplier there. They are not great at customer service either. Do it online. Each site has its own meter and number. Overall, I would stay here if in the area again.
Sep 02, 2024 · William GWe bought a place here about 2 yrs ago. My daughter has lived here about 10 yrs. We have nice neighbors, no problems, landlord is very nice. There are some places that need cleaned up. For the most part, it is a nice place to live.
Aug 08, 2022 · Esther GeguzisI'd give no stars if I could. Absolutely would not live here if you paid me! Almost no winter maintenance, people do not clean around their homes, there are dogs and children that do whatever they want.. Half of the ppl there are on meth and break into other trailers. Not good for families! Had to abandon my home because the trailer park is so bad!!! Oh, and the water is absolutely disgusting!!!🤢
Sep 04, 2023 · Chelsie SabatinoThe rent seems fairly priced. Free well water, but it could taste better and have more pressure. I'm not convinced it's particularly healthy. There doesn't seem to be any effort to keep the roads clear of snow or ice. Within walking distance of a bowling alley, a nice restaurant, and a couple gas stations for food and snacks, but not near any sort of groceries. Bus stops close by to take people between Williamsport and Jersey Shore.
