Terrible management. Management has started harassing my elderly family members who purchased a unit in the park. Insufficient notices given for extremely minor things. Example being a 10 day notice to power wash their mobile home and it was given while snow was on the ground! Clearly they can’t accomplish this task in this time frame. Nor was it warranted. A quick drive through the park with the street conditions, falling trees/ limbs and park owned lots will tell you everything. If you mention a concern that would fall on them they will then retaliate and harass. Very sad to treat our elderly in this manner and stress them. I might also add their entire mobile home was painted last year! When management was notified that they would get the power washing done to comply with the parks demand but could not accomplish in 10 days due to health (in the middle of a pandemic) and financial resources they respond with that was not sufficient. Extremely upsetting. The worst part is this mobile home was purchased from the park and in extremely poor condition and has been redone inside and out.

You don't want to move here,it's ridiculous. All she does is raise the lot rent and acts like she owns everyone's trailers,she charges whatever she feels like so she can ride around in brand new cars. DO NOT MOVE HERE IT WILL BE THE ABSOLUTE BIGGEST MISTAKE YOULL EVER MAKE 0.0 STARS ITS A DUMP

I'm glad to say after ten years I'm happy to be moving out of this roach infested trailer park. I paid for orkan for a year did no good because all the neighbors have them and didn't have orkan. I don't recommend getting a trailer here with the whole park being infested with bugs. They got on our car and everything else

I have lived in this trailer Park for almost 10 years. My lot rent went up from 290 to 350. Every time we see people move out we know an increase is coming. There’s only two of us that live here and we pay a lot in water. We also have a pet fee we have to pay as well. That is ridiculous. Rules are you can’t have any pets over 40 pounds but there’s German shepherds‘s everywhere. I have had notices for my bikes being left on my front sidewalk by my porch. But the neighbor behind me has all kinds of trash in her yard. She chooses who she wants to single out. This whole place needs paved there’s potholes up and down this way. It’s enough to tear up your car. And management is not a very nice person. She is very rude.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. Absolutely trash and the lady that is running it all it horrible! Absolutely disgusting, rude person. The maintenance people do not take care of the property at all. Empty lots go months without being mowed. Can never get any help from the park management because of how rude she is to everyone.
