Nice decent park, good place for kids and new management has really started too make place look better
I hear really good things about this place, I am trying to move to Statesville from Wilmington to help/ be involved with my grandson and his schooling. A situation just presented itself for me to do so in the very near future depending on finding proper housing,bi do so hope something becomes available soon.
Extremely rude people. They don't care about the tenants at all. They will build a nice place every week and wont repair anything in your home. In do not recommend.
it's a really quiet little spot to live. The owner of the estate is really nice also. Everyone looks out for each other here.
My girlfriend and I are looking to move into the area and we have called this place a few times during business hours never had a response back we went their and the office is always closed do not recommend this place
