While I'm not a resident, I've noticed the large yards and quiet atmosphere within the park. Trains can be heard passing however they're across the road from the main entrance and pose no dangers to families with children. The roads are wide enough for 3 cars.
The manager at this location is an absolute sweet heart she is the absolute best I’ve been visiting with my dad and anytime I see her she is cheery and happy park looks well maintained noise level is definitely acceptable compared to a lot of mobile home parks and everyone is pretty nice so far definitely 10/10 mobile home park
We have lived here 6 months. Considered living here in the past and didnt due to it looking trashy and known drugs. The current manager has cleaned the place up 100%. No rift raft here and park appearance looks great. She is always helpful and very pleasant and did a great job getting our home done in a timely matter We love it here and look forward to many years living here
Another year of listening to the same loud neighbors. Since the weather has been so nice in May the neighbors behind us have been in full out yelling mode every single day. Today they are out there yelling and cussing out the kids again. I have complained about these same people for yrs. They are the only ones in the park they will NOT obey the rules. IT CLEARLY STATES that in the RULE BOOK not to disturb the peace and quiet of EACH NEIGHBOR but for some REASON these same people are allowed to do what ever they want!! Im SICK of it and so are a few of the other neighbors around me. I guess we will have to file a lawsuit to have them removed since the park MANAGER WILL NOT EVICT these people. Maybe I will start collecting names of the other neighbors so we can all SUE THESE PEOPLE together !! Think its been what six yrs now !! that is a NICE little pile of cash they will owe.
My5 stars don't nessicarily go to the actual park aka the owners (that gets 3) but my 5 stars go directly to our park manager. No matter what gets thrown at her she handles is with grace. She is a great person and does what she can inside the rules to help out her community.
