I've been here three years now. Just like others have said - talk to tenants who live here before buying or renting from this place. I've read over some of these obvious fake reviews and they sound like bots who haven't even stepped foot here. Either that, or it's management creating throwaway accounts to boost ratings. There's a separate set of rules for the tenants in the back of the park. Certain tenants receive different treatment by management. I would not be surprised if a class action suit is filed against this place. Current residents - educate yourselves as homeowners/tenants.
Very nice little community to live, My boss and some family friends live there; I installed the cabinets in one of the mobile homes and they are very spacious and nice inside after completion

I'm very disappointed at the way Marta acts like she's your friend, then sends the yard guy to cut your grass to pocket money even when my grass is not more than an inch tall. We pay a lot already for property tax a month on top of a high water bill and have already had a few issues about this forced mow problem. Now our fruit and vegetable plants we have been growing have been cut down due to the forced mow, and I'm sure we won't be reimbursed for that either?. There's definitely no respect and only seems to be about how much money you can squeeze out of every person intel they leave.
We went over to visit my sister in law on Christmas Day, seems like they are working on expanding the area & bringing in new mobile homes. We disliked the fact that we had a hard time finding parking since we were told we could not park off the side of her driveway. Apparently the manager drives around and will give the tenants a fee if they have anyone parked. We had to walk several feet away from her home.
