Promotions or Special Offers

The Dam Park aims to provide value and flexibility to its guests through various pricing structures and potential promotions. While specific, continuously running "special offers" aren't explicitly detailed as separate marketing campaigns in the provided information, the park's pricing model and established policies suggest certain advantages for visitors:

  • Weekly and Monthly Stays: The park offers pricing for daily, weekly, and monthly stays. This flexibility inherently provides better value for longer durations, encouraging extended visits, which is a common form of promotion in RV parks. Their RV sites are available for both short-term and long-term bookings.

Sometimes all you want is the quietness...This is the first time we stayed here. We didn't know what to expect, but we were very pleased. It's a smaller camp ground, compared to others, but this was nice! The grounds were clean, the facilities were nice and clean. Tina (Staff) was very nice and friendly. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. We'll be staying here for future visits.

I was looking for a place to take my daughter for her first real camp out. The Dam Park was perfect! The park was set up beautifully. Everyone was so nice, the restrooms were very clean, and the campsite for our tent was perfect. There’s easy access to fish and swim in the river and really nice cabanas riverside. The fishing pond was a blast and the camp store had a great supply of anything we forgot to bring. My daughter and I are already planning our next trip there!

This place has great customer service and awesome bathrooms. It’s very quiet and tranquil. I came to party and raise hell and this is not the place for that. Kid and pet friendly. There was a cool group singing karaoke down by the cabanas.

Outstanding grounds. Well kept. Friendly staff. It was a great experience to get outdoors and have fun with family and friends. We appreciate Tina for driving our camping items (and me) to our campsite. The park is located on riverbed grounds at the southern side of The New Braunfels Dam, which creates Lake Dunlap. I left a walking stick, and they were quick to find it and hold it. As someone out of shape, I managed to get over 12,000 steps in one day.

I was looking for a spot to land my small footprint RV and I found the perfect place. The dam park is located pretty much right on the Guadalupe. This resort is clean and has your essentials on property. I'll be spending more time there for sure. Bb
