Customer Reviews
This is a very quiet, clean and respectful small community. April and Hoppy, the owners, are truly good people and will do anything and everything they can to help their tenants. I've been here for over a year and have been very happy with my choice. I've seen a few bad comments on here and feel it's only fair to advise that the people who are here have been living here for a long period of time, pay their rent and don't bring problems into the park. (Interpret as you will!) This is a perfect place for long term people who are responsible and respectful of their neighbors and expect the same in return. I highly recommend!
To be fair, we never spent a night here. We tried, but after placing a deposit, the space was given to someone else and we lost our deposit after one day without explanation. The spaces are located in the owners front yard fairly close to each other. If there's a way to the river, I certainly didn't see it. Please personally visit before staying here.
