10 out 10, one of the best kept secrets in castroville. Great rates, great community, and some pretty cool views, especially on their 800+ ft Medina River access frontage. The owners have made a genuinely unique living experience and community. Todd, the owner, makes it a point to remember everybody's name and is always more than willing to answer any questions or do anything he can to accommodate his guests. It was one of the best rv parks my wife and I have stayed at. If you're looking for a place to call home, or just a weekend getaway, look no further.
