The waterfront sites of this park appealed to us and so far we haven’t been disappointed! The property is very well maintained and the staff is so friendly. Got lots of good recommendations from the fella who guided us to our spot. They are extremely dog-friendly, which is so refreshing. Their beach and dog park are super close to us, which is ultra-convenient. No license required to fish, which is a big plus. Plan on visiting again in the near future!
Apr 19, 2025 · Steve LockridgeHad an amazing week at Ho-Hum RV Park! The staff are super helpful and everyone was very friendly and accommodating. We had a water front site which was gorgeous! The sites have ample room, and the park is very clean and pretty. There is a small beach and a pier to fish on site and a public beach just a few minutes down the road. This Park is conveniently located to St. George Island and the cute town of Apalachicola. We will be back next year!!
Apr 05, 2025 · Chris McAllisterCamping right on the water and when the tide goes down the adventure really starts. The fishing pier was a nice feature too. Now for the women’s perspective why does the men have two showers and the women only have one? Still puzzled. Would I return sure!
Jun 02, 2025 · G.V. BohannonWe have had many great trips to Ho Hum. It’s always clean & well maintained. The staff are super friendly and willing to help. The views of the bay are beautiful…..especially sunrises.
Apr 16, 2025 · SE BrileyWe are not usually camping people, however the fact that this park allowed our GSD to see the ocean appealed to us . The staff was very friendly and helpful. The park was clean. I would love to give it 5 stars, but the beaches left a lot to be desired. The was a lot of seaweed, mud, and the bugs; uggh the bugs. We used deep woods off and still suffered from chiggers or whatever lies beneath that beach😳. . They have these nasty flies that are relentless 7:00-9:00 pm every night. I’ve been to beaches all over the world and this was the worst bug experience in my life. I’ve been home for 3 days and we are both still suffering from the bites. Please go with arsenal to protect you on the beach. .
